McDill Wins International Awards from Two Prestigious Competitions [SOQUEL, CA – June, 2008] McDill Associates, a full-service marketing and design firm based out of Soquel, CA was recently awarded international recognition from two prestigious design competitions: the Summit Creative Awards and the Hermes Awards. The Summit Creative Awards is a 14-year old competition that received thousands of entries from twenty-five countries. The international panel of judges included professionals from leading creative firms including Ogilvy & Mather, The Halo Group, SAATCHI & SAATCHI and others. For this competition, McDill received a Silver award for the Yumberry Juice packaging, and two Bronze awards for the Annieglass catalog and OE Energy Drink packaging. The Hermes Awards is an international competition that is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. Out of thousands of entries, McDill won Platinum awards for the Marroquin Organics business card and OE Energy Drink packaging, a Gold award for the Triple Ring Technologies logo, and honorable mentions for their Self Promotional Photography Series and Yumberry Juice packaging. 2008 has been a big year of recognition for McDill Associates. These new awards join others including Regional and District ADDY Awards and American Packaging Design Awards for recent work.
