Melissa McDill - CEO, Creative Director -
McDill brings over 25 years of design and marketing experience, and a degree from California College of the Arts. She formed McDill Associates in 1976. Her vision: create an integrated marketing communications agency that embraced creativity across the board – from research through design and implementation.

McDill has received numerous creative/design awards over the years and bases her creative strategy on results-driven marketing for clients such as Dole Foods, Grimmway Farms, Johnson/Diversey, Dreyer's, ACNielsen, Phillips, SanDisk and more.

Julie McDill–Davis - General Manager - McDill-Davis brings over 20 years of experience managing small businesses and developing organizational systems. Holding a B.S. degree in Human Resource and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, McDill-Davis has a proven track record of achieving efficiency with each company she has worked with. For the past twelve years at McDill Associates, she has managed all accounting and human resource programs, also assisting the account services department.

Dave Loose - Design Director/Business Development - Loose's common sense design style and attention to detail have allowed him to develop an impressive list of discerning clients. Over the years he has received numerous regional and national awards including Neographic and Cameron Award Gold Medals, ADDY "Best of Show", plus work featured in PRINT, Architectural Record and GRAPHIS. Most recently, HOW Magazine released a feature story on his impressive marketing and design history over the past two decades. He founded DLD Creative and built it into a successful branding, design and advertising firm in operation for over 25 years. Clients have included Armstrong World Industries, Airwalk, MCI, Comcast, Izod Club, Thomasville, CNH Global, PA Dutch Convention & Visitor's Bureau and Penn State/Hershey Medical Center.

Michael Rosenberg - Director of Marketing Communications - Rosenberg brings over 20 years of advertising, marketing and management experience to McDill Associates. He was formerly co-founder and Vice President of Strategic Marketing for a leading technology-focused integrated marketing communications services firm, and has served in a lead role in developing and executing marketing and advertising programs for numerous startups and global corporations, including Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems, Lucent Technologies, KPMG, and MontaVista Software, among others. Rosenberg's focus is on developing effective integrated marketing programs, using both traditional and leading-edge technologies, to achieve our clients' objectives.

Laurel Kennedy - Strategic Counsel - Kennedy brings 20+ years of general management, marketing and communications background to the consulting venue, with a focus on Internet enterprises. She holds an M.B.A. degree with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor of journalism degree from the University of Missouri. Her career client list includes Accenture, ACNielsen, American Airlines’ SABRE Group, Bankers Trust, Budget Gourmet, Hewlett-Packard, iCastle.com, IMS Health, Keebler, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Kellogg’s, Kraft General Foods, Marriott Hotels, Miller Brewing Company, Nestle Foods, Planlinx, Quaker Oats, Sara Lee, Thomas J. Lipton, and World Book Encyclopedia.

David Barbrack - Marketing & Brand Management Support - David brings 20 years of advertising and public relations experience to the McDill team including a wide range of specialties that span commodity and branded food, retail, utilities, hospitality and outdoor accounts. He consistently develops sharp, insightful marketing and communications plans that are responsible for driving highly successful advertising campaigns. His company, New Path Marketing, client list includes Inland Valley, Tamarack Resort, St. Mary's Hospital, Agri Beef, Snake River Farms, Pacific Bin Corporation and California Specialty Vegetables.
